What happens to your data

We delete your account, practice progress, saved items (including recordings), friends and shared items, email preferences, and usage events associated with your account.

We retain payment records required by law and withdrawal or cancellation requests as legal records. Billing statistics are retained without your account identifier.

Web subscriptions through Polar and Mercado Pago that could still charge you are automatically cancelled before your account is deleted. If cancellation fails, we keep your data and ask you to try again later.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. You must cancel it separately in Google Play to prevent future charges. Manage subscriptions in Google Play

How to delete your account

In the Android app: open Account > Delete account, sign in again when prompted, and confirm deletion.
